Start your encoder and check the green status on the encoder page.
Use Test your stream and compare the picture with your monitor.
Send the link and password, or personal invitation links, well before the start. Point your clients to Watching a session so they can set up their display.
Turn on Ask viewers for their name if you want to see who joins.
During the session
Keep the viewer list open: you see who joined, and can remove anyone who shouldn’t be there.
Use your usual call or phone line for talking; Gradetonic carries the picture.
Taking a break or switching to material the client shouldn’t see? Click Stop. Viewers see your pause screen until you click Continue.
After the session
Stop the stream on your encoder, or leave it: without viewers it costs nothing.
Project finished? Change the viewer password or reset invitation links, so old links no longer work.
