Passes
- A pass covers one room with up to 10 viewers. It starts at the first minute in which your stream is live and at least one viewer is watching. Setting up and testing are free.
- The hour pass contains 60 counted viewing minutes: only minutes with live picture and at least one viewer count, spread over as many sessions as you like.
- The day pass runs 24 hours and the 3-day pass 72 hours from that first counted minute.
- Passes must be activated within 12 months and don’t renew.
Room subscriptions
- €89 a month per room, or €69 a month billed yearly; each extra room €55 a month, or €43 billed yearly.
- Includes your own domain and branding, and up to 100 streaming hours per room per month (fair use). Your admin shows how many hours you’ve used.
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any month. Yearly subscriptions run per year.
Payment, invoices and VAT
- Passes: iDEAL, card or Bancontact. Subscriptions: card or SEPA direct debit; the first payment also by iDEAL or Bancontact.
- Every payment gets an invoice, which you download in your admin under Invoices.
- Prices exclude VAT. Dutch businesses pay 21%; EU businesses with a valid VAT number get reverse charge.
Refunds and outages
Passes and subscription periods are not refunded. If streaming fails because of a problem on our side, we compensate you: a pass gets extended by the time lost, a subscription gets a credit on the next invoice. See the terms.
