I have a link but the app doesn’t open
Links from mail open in Safari. Open the room there and tap Open in app, or copy the link and paste it in the app.
It asks for a password
Use the room password you received from your colorist. The app never stores it.
It asks for my name
Some rooms show viewers to the host by name. Enter the name you want the host to see.
The picture stopped
The app reconnects by itself; after a few attempts it shows a Retry button. Check your network: a VPN, or switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, can interrupt the stream.
“This room is paused”, “expired” or “not available”
The host paused or closed the room. Contact your colorist.
Is this a reference monitor?
No. It’s review quality: see Viewing for color review for the best settings, and use a calibrated display for final decisions.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later.
