How do I receive a refund for my purchase?
If you are unhappy with your paid membership, please contact us to request a refund.
Yearly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Monthly subscription purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Any members requesting a refund beyond the specified period will be partially refunded.
